At 1.45 the light class is for people with injuries or limited movement needing a gentle exercise class. Exercises move from deep water to standing height as well as using the step area for sitting exercises. Please tell the instructor about your specific needs at the start of the class.
The 2.30 class is for those looking for more challenge, a greater cardio component and all over body workout.
